Anything outside your plan is classified and priced in writing before work starts, and no paid extra is ever added without your approval.

Definitions
One small change to one page or content item, using final supplied content and taking up to 15 production minutes — replacing an image, correcting supplied text or changing business hours, for example.
Plans include 0, 2, 3 or 5 a month, up to 0, 30, 45 or 75 minutes in total. Each request and the overall time limit apply together. Allowances expire each service month, do not roll over and have no cash value.
One consolidated feedback list within the approved brief, covering supplied text, images, colours, spacing and supported layout configuration.
It does not include a replacement design brief, new pages, new functions, content writing or custom code. Plans include 1, 2, 3 or 4 rounds; fixing our own defects never uses one.
Domains
Every active plan includes one free Imaginex subdomain and connection of one custom domain you own. You register and renew your domain with your registrar and pay them directly — there is no included registration credit and no domain administration fee.
You should be the registrant and control the registrar account and recovery email. We receive only the delegated access needed for setup and support, and never register your domain in our own name.
Renewing your Imaginex subscription does not renew your domain. Keep an eye on expiry, registrar notices and payment — we cannot guarantee recovery of an expired domain.
On verified instruction we cooperate promptly with DNS changes, release of delegated access and any authorisation (EPP) code. We never withhold your domain over an unrelated dispute, and there is no release fee.

Pay once a year, or prepay three months at a time. Final prices, no setup fee, no automatic debit and no cancellation fee.
