On three-month prepaid billing (÷ 90 days): ₹1,197 = ₹13.30, ₹2,397 = ₹26.63, ₹4,497 = ₹49.97 and ₹7,497 = ₹83.30 a day. Your first three-month purchase covers four service months, so it works out lower.

Annual plans are ₹3,999 (Starter), ₹7,999 (Professional), ₹14,999 (Business) and ₹24,999 (Premium) for 12 service months. Prepaid three-month billing is ₹1,197, ₹2,397, ₹4,497 or ₹7,497.

These are final prices: no tax is added at checkout and there is no separate setup fee for the standard implementation in your plan. Domain registration and approved third-party services are paid separately.

No. You can pay annually, or prepay three months at a time; there is no month-to-month purchase option.

The paid-month rates of ₹399, ₹799, ₹1,499 and ₹2,499 only explain the three-month prices. On annual billing the monthly equivalent (from ₹333.25 on Starter) is a comparison, not a one-month payment option.

Your first qualifying three-month purchase covers three paid service months plus one bonus service month free. Payment is required before production; it is a prepaid offer, not a free trial or a free website build.

The bonus applies once, to your first three-month subscription — not to renewals, upgrades, duplicate accounts or a restart of the same website. Annual plans do not include it. Eligibility is confirmed on your order.

No. Zonovva is not currently GST registered and does not collect any amount presented as GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.

That status is not a permanent exemption. If registration becomes necessary, the final total of a term you have already agreed stays the same, and any later price change follows the 30-day notice rule.

No. Renewal is a new invoice or payment link that you choose to pay; we do not automatically debit any account.

We remind you at least 30 and 7 days before an annual term ends, and 7 days before a three-month term ends. If you do not renew, the website goes offline at expiry — with no late fee.

Domain registration and renewals, approved third-party services, copywriting, translation, photography, migration, bulk entry, extra revision rounds, later page builds and anything bigger than a minor update.

Extra minor updates are ₹250 each. Everything else gets a written classification and quote before work starts — see extras and changes.

Yes. Email us or message our official WhatsApp number, naming the website or order, and we confirm the effective date. There is no cancellation fee, and cancelling never depends on buying something else or dropping a complaint.

After production begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for, including a first-purchase bonus month, and nothing renews after it.

If you cancel before actual website production begins, the subscription payment is refunded in full. Sending an invoice or an onboarding form does not count as production.

Once production begins, a change of mind generally does not get a refund. Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected; and if we cannot provide the agreed service, fail to fix a material failure in a reasonable time or end the service without your breach, we refund the unused prepaid portion. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days. Your statutory rights always apply.

You own your custom domain, trademarks, supplied content, original brand assets and your business and visitor data.

Imaginex keeps its platform, reusable templates and components, source framework, workflows and tools. The subscription gives you the right to use the managed website for your named business or portfolio while it is active.

The managed website goes offline on the day the paid term ends (day 0). Until day 30 you can ask for one free export of your supplied text and original assets, the records we hold for you in ordinary formats, and a page and content inventory.

Remaining production copies are deleted or irreversibly anonymised by day 60, and residual backups expire by day 90. The export does not include Imaginex source code, templates or a working copy of the website.

Full source-code ownership, an independently deployable copy, a buyout and a portable CMS are not part of a subscription, and there is no buyout price.

No. You should be the registrant and control the registrar account. We receive only the delegated access we need, and never register your domain in our own beneficial name.

On verified instruction we cooperate promptly with DNS changes, release of access and any authorisation (EPP) code. We never withhold a domain you own over an unrelated disputed charge, and there is no release fee.

Your first draft arrives within 5 business days on Starter, 7 on Professional, 10 on Business and 15 on Premium. A business day is Monday to Saturday, excluding published holidays.

The clock starts once payment has cleared, the terms are accepted and your brief, final content and access are in, and it pauses while we are waiting on you or a provider. We publish only after you approve, and your paid term starts on the approved launch date.

Accurate final text, usable images, a logo you have the right to use, your contact details and access to any account we need to connect, such as your domain.

We give you a checklist rather than an open-ended request. Copywriting, photography and translation can be quoted separately if you need them.

Before launch you get 1, 2, 3 or 4 revision rounds by plan. A round is one consolidated feedback list within the approved brief.

After launch, Professional includes 2 minor updates a month, Business 3 and Premium 5; Starter includes none. A minor update is one small change taking up to 15 production minutes. Extra updates are ₹250 each, and fixing our own defects is always free.

Not on an Imaginex plan. Business and Premium include an enquiry catalogue of 10 or 20 items, which lets visitors ask about products but has no cart, checkout or order management. Premium can add one external payment link.

For a real online store, Zonovva Creative quotes a separate one-time project.

No. We are not the merchant of record. With Premium’s payment link, you sign up with the payment provider, complete its KYC and handle payments, refunds, taxes and fulfilment yourself.

We never store full card numbers or CVV.

Yes. Students, freelancers and founders are eligible at any age, using Starter pricing and scope: a one-page portfolio with a profile, skills, projects, achievements, a résumé link and contact actions.

For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be the account holder, approve the content and authorise publication, and we keep personal details such as home address and date of birth off the page.

No plan includes an ongoing ranking campaign or guarantees rankings, leads, bookings or sales.

Every plan includes basic SEO at launch: launch metadata, page headings, sitemap and robots configuration, indexing readiness and media optimisation. Business and Premium add local SEO configuration where appropriate.

We build for enquiries — mobile-first pages, WhatsApp, tap-to-call, Maps and short forms — but we do not guarantee traffic, enquiries, bookings or sales. Those depend on your market, pricing, reputation and responsiveness.

What we commit to is that the mechanism works: forms reach you and the site works on a phone.

Yes, from Professional up: Google Analytics and Search Console are set up in accounts you own, when access and the appropriate privacy and consent settings are available. Premium adds a short monthly summary of the analytics available.

No. Our plans do not include a numerical uptime guarantee, financial service credits or 24-hour staffed response.

We provide SSL and reasonable platform security maintenance and communicate material incidents and planned work where appropriate. Planned maintenance, outside outages and urgent protective action can affect availability.

Weekly on Starter (last 4 kept) and Professional (last 8), and daily on Business (last 14 days) and Premium (last 30 days).

We check that backups succeed and keep a practicable restoration process. A restore uses the latest successful point, so it may not include changes made after it.

Standard enquiry forms ask only for a name, an email or phone number and a short message, and link to your privacy notice. Visitors should not send card details, ID numbers, bank credentials, biometrics or detailed medical records.

You decide why visitor data is collected; we process what we hold only for the agreed technical service, under the Data Processing Addendum.

No. We do not sell identifiable customer or visitor data, combine different customers’ visitor records for advertising, or use that information to train a general AI model.

Imaginex sells standard managed websites on subscription. Zonovva Creative handles fully custom websites, online stores and applications as separate one-time projects.

No. Zonovva is an MSME-registered (Udyam) sole proprietorship. It is not incorporated as a company, and a trading brand or MSME registration is not incorporation.

Your order and payment records identify the supplier and the contracting proprietor. Zonovva is not currently GST registered.
