Every Imaginex website must establish a credible owned online presence; work cleanly on mobile devices and variable networks; make the business easy to understand and contact; capture the plan’s intended action — an enquiry, call, WhatsApp conversation, booking link or payment link; and stay secure, backed up, maintained and supported without you managing any infrastructure.

How it is built
Standard websites from a tested component system
Every page uses approved layouts and supported components, configured with your brand colours, logo, text and images. That is what keeps an Imaginex site fast, secure and affordable to maintain.
A gallery or information page does not come with a CMS login, and no plan includes a blog or CMS, customer-controlled server access, unrestricted plugin installation, bespoke animation or new application components. Supported changes go through the monthly update allowance or a written quote.
For a fully customizable website, an online store, a membership platform, CRM automation, a dashboard, a portal or an application, Zonovva Creative quotes a separate one-time project — and we will say so rather than sell you a plan that cannot carry it.

02 · Scope
The words we use, defined
The approved brief records your page inventory and components before production starts.

| Your content | You supply accurate text, usable images, a logo you may use and contact details; initial placement is included. We optimise supplied images for the web, which is not retouching or creative production. |

03 · Support
What happens when something breaks
Staffed support runs Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST, excluding published holidays. A response means acknowledgement, an initial assessment and an action or dependency statement — not a guaranteed resolution time.

What a subscription does not cover
Publishing this is the point. A provider who will not tell you where the limit sits is a provider who intends to argue about it later.

- Bulk data entry and migration from an old website
- Extra revision rounds and later page builds
- Larger changes than a minor update
- Extra minor updates are a fixed ₹250 each
Not part of any Imaginex plan
- Online stores with cart, checkout, shipping or tax rules, and inventory
- Paid memberships, CRM automation and custom integrations
- Blog or CMS logins, server access and unrestricted plugins
- Marketing campaigns and ongoing ranking campaigns
- Guaranteed rankings, leads, bookings or sales
- Ownership of Imaginex platform code, templates or tools
Online stores, memberships, CRM automation and custom work go to Zonovva Creative as a separate project. We also decline work where the business, content, data collection or requested claim is unlawful, deceptive or unsafe — see the Acceptable Use Policy.
05 · Backups & fair use
Backups by plan, and ordinary business use
Ordinary business website use is included. File sharing, bulk downloads, routine video hosting, cryptomining, infrastructure resale and abusive automated traffic are not — video plays from an external service. If a real resource need appears, we explain it and propose optimisation or a written upgrade before adding any charge. Urgent security restrictions can still be applied immediately.

06 · Security & data
How we handle security and your visitors’ data
You own the accounts
You should hold your domain, analytics, booking and payment accounts. We take only the delegated access needed for setup and support.
Forms ask for little
Standard forms request a name, email or phone and a short message. They are not for card details, ID numbers, bank credentials, biometrics or detailed medical records.
Visitor data is not a product
We do not sell identifiable customer or visitor data, combine customers’ visitor records for advertising, or use them to train a general AI model.
Analytics with consent
Analytics is set up only with access and the appropriate notice and consent controls. No undisclosed advertising trackers are added to your site.
Incidents
We respond proportionately to material incidents and tell you without undue delay if a breach affects data we process for you.
