Who supplies the service
The supplier is Zonovva (sole proprietorship), operating Imaginex Web Solutions, at Flat 102, Chandrabhaga, Nanded Fata, Lagad Colony, Lagad Industries Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411068, India. Customer care and support: info@zonovva.com or +91 95522 38893, including business WhatsApp. The grievance officer is Tejas Sakore, Grievance Officer, Zonovva, on the same email and phone.
Zonovva is an MSME-registered (Udyam UDYAM-MH-26-1073317) sole proprietorship. It is not currently GST registered. The contracting proprietor is identified in your executed order and our business records. A trading brand or MSME registration does not constitute incorporation as a company, and Zonovva is not a private limited company.
The four plans are Starter, Professional, Business and Premium, and a dedicated Starter layout serves student, freelancer and founder portfolios. Customers own their domains, supplied content, brand assets and business data; Imaginex retains its managed platform and reusable design system. Fully customizable websites, ecommerce and custom applications receive a separate one-time project quotation from Zonovva Creative.
These terms are published across six pages. This page holds sections 1 to 6, 8, 14 and 15. Sections 7 and 9 are the Cancellation, Refunds & Exit policy, section 10 the Support, Backups & Security policy, section 11 the Privacy Notice, section 12 the Data Processing Addendum and section 13 the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Plans and pricing
All listed amounts are final customer subscription prices. No additional tax is added at checkout. Domain registration, renewals and separately approved third-party services are outside the subscription price. There is no separate setup fee for the standard implementation included in the chosen plan.
Annual billing
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and provide 12 service months. The monthly equivalent is a price comparison, not a one-month payment option. The annual total governs any paise rounding.
| Plan | Marketing pages | Annual payment | Monthly equivalent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter and Portfolio | 1 | ₹3,999 | ₹333.25 |
| Professional | Up to 5 | ₹7,999 | ₹666.58 |
| Business | Up to 10 | ₹14,999 | ₹1,249.92 |
| Premium | Up to 20 | ₹24,999 | ₹2,083.25 |
Three-month billing and the first-purchase offer
The first qualifying three-month purchase provides three paid service months plus one bonus service month. Payment is required before production. This is a prepaid offer, not a free trial or a free website build. The bonus applies once to the customer's first qualifying three-month subscription, not to renewals, upgrades, duplicate accounts or restarts of the same customer website. Eligibility is confirmed on the order.
| Plan | Three-month payment | First purchase | Later renewals |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter and Portfolio | ₹1,197 | 4 service months | 3 service months |
| Professional | ₹2,397 | 4 service months | 3 service months |
| Business | ₹4,497 | 4 service months | 3 service months |
| Premium | ₹7,497 | 4 service months | 3 service months |
The underlying paid-month rates are ₹399, ₹799, ₹1,499 and ₹2,499 respectively, shown only with the prepaid amount and billing period. There is no month-to-month purchase option. Annual subscribers receive 12 months at the stated annual price and do not receive the quarterly bonus.
Renewal requires a new invoice or payment-link payment; we do not automatically debit an account. At checkout we show the payment due, the covered service period, bonus eligibility, expiry, the renewal basis and a link to the cancellation and refund policy.
2. Plan comparison
All plans cover one named customer business or personal portfolio, one primary website and one content language. Pages use approved layouts and supported components. Initial placement of final customer-supplied content is included within the accepted scope.

Separate standard privacy and terms notice pages do not consume the marketing-page allowance. Catalogue-detail URLs and other marketing or article URLs do. Item and page limits apply together. A catalogue is for enquiries; it does not include a cart, ecommerce checkout or order management.
3. Packages and portfolios
Starter
For a simple business presence or personal portfolio. Starter provides one standard page arranged from approved components, with brand colours, supplied logo, text and usable images. It includes one basic enquiry form, essential contact actions, basic technical SEO and one prelaunch revision round. No recurring content edits are included; additional minor updates cost ₹250 per request. Annual payment is ₹3,999. The first three-month payment of ₹1,197 covers four service months; later payments cover three months.
Professional
For service businesses that need separate information pages, proof of work and basic measurement. Professional provides up to five standard pages, a gallery or project showcase within those pages, one enquiry form, customer-owned Google Analytics and Search Console setup, two revision rounds and two minor updates per service month. Annual payment is ₹7,999. The first three-month payment of ₹2,397 covers four service months; later payments cover three months.
Business
For businesses needing a larger information website and structured enquiries. Business provides up to ten standard pages, up to ten enquiry catalogue items, up to two forms, local SEO configuration where appropriate, one external booking link or supported embed, three revision rounds and three minor updates per service month. Catalogue-detail pages use the page allowance. Annual payment is ₹14,999. The first three-month payment of ₹4,497 covers four service months; later payments cover three months.
Premium
For a larger managed information website. Premium provides up to twenty standard pages, up to twenty enquiry catalogue items, up to three forms, one booking connection, one external payment link, four revision rounds, five minor updates per service month and a short monthly summary of available analytics. Supported branding and layout configuration remain within the Imaginex system. Annual payment is ₹24,999. The first three-month payment of ₹7,497 covers four service months; later payments cover three months.
Student, freelancer and founder portfolios
The portfolio offer uses Starter pricing and scope. Its one-page layout can include a profile, skills or services, selected projects, achievements, a résumé link and contact actions. Students, freelancers and founders are eligible at any age. For an under-18 beneficiary, a parent or legal guardian must be the adult contracting account holder, approve the content and authorise publication. The Privacy Notice explains the additional safeguards.
Fully customizable websites
For a fully customizable website, ecommerce store, membership platform, CRM automation, dashboard, portal or application, contact Zonovva Creative for a separate one-time project quotation at info@zonovva.com or +91 95522 38893. Its statement of work defines custom deliverables, ownership, payment milestones and maintenance separately. An Imaginex subscription does not include that project.
4. Website scope and customer content
A standard page is one public URL assembled from supported components, with up to eight sections using final supplied text and usable media. A section is a coherent supported content block, such as a profile, service list, gallery or contact block. A section is not an unlimited container for records, products or custom software. The approved brief records the page inventory and components before production.
Starter's one-page business layout may include business information, an about section, services, selected product highlights and contact details. These are simple information blocks. Structured multi-item catalogue configuration is included only within the Business and Premium limits. The portfolio variant can place selected projects in one supported gallery section.
One content language is included. Translation, additional language versions, copywriting, photography, illustration, video editing, bulk entry and migration require a separate written quotation. Customers supply accurate text, usable images, a permitted logo, contact details and evidence of rights when reasonably requested. We may optimise supplied images for the website; this does not include unrestricted retouching or creative production.
Standard privacy and terms notice pages are published from approved customer-specific text outside the marketing-page limit, and their technical publication is included. Personalised legal advice, sector-policy drafting and unlimited legal-page revisions are not included. The customer approves its business-specific policy facts and disclosures before publication.
Basic SEO means launch metadata, appropriate page headings, supported sitemap and robots configuration, indexing readiness and sensible media optimisation. Local SEO adds relevant local-business details and supported structured information where appropriate. Analytics and Search Console setup depends on access to customer-owned accounts, available services and appropriate privacy and consent configuration. No plan includes an ongoing ranking campaign or guarantees rankings, leads, bookings or sales.
Booking means one external link or supported standard embed to a customer-owned service. Premium's payment feature means one external payment link. The customer handles provider signup, KYC, subscriptions, payments, refunds, taxes and fulfilment; we are not merchant of record. Gateway checkout, cart configuration, shipping and tax rules, inventory, paid memberships, CRM automation and custom integrations are outside Imaginex and go to Zonovva Creative.
Blog or CMS functionality, customer-controlled server access, unrestricted plugin installation, bespoke animations, new application components, marketing campaigns and unlimited design or development are excluded. Gallery and information pages do not imply a CMS login. Supported requests follow the update and change process.
Ordinary business website use is included. File sharing, bulk downloads, routine video hosting, cryptomining, infrastructure resale and abusive automated traffic are outside scope; use external video services for video. If a material resource requirement emerges, we explain the issue and propose optimisation or a written upgrade or change before adding a charge. Urgent security restrictions remain available under section 13.
5. Delivery, revisions and updates
The delivery clock starts only after cleared payment, accepted terms, a plan-compatible brief, final content and assets and required account access are received. We confirm that the inputs are complete. First-draft targets are 5 business days for Starter, 7 for Professional, 10 for Business and 15 for Premium. A business day is Monday to Saturday, excluding published holidays, during the staffed hours in section 10. These are first-review targets, not unconditional live-launch deadlines.
We pause the affected work when the customer, a registrar, an external provider, a required verification, a security restriction or an approved change blocks it. We explain material dependencies and revised targets. Imaginex-caused delays do not consume the customer's live-service entitlement before the agreed service start.
Revisions and launch approval
The included revision rounds are 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively. One round is one consolidated feedback list within the approved brief, covering supplied text, images, colours, spacing and supported layout configuration. It does not include a replacement design brief, new pages, new functionality, content writing or custom code. Customers should submit consolidated feedback promptly; a five-business-day review period is the normal planning expectation.
We request approval before publishing the website. Customer silence is not consent to publish unapproved prices, legal notices, medical or financial statements or other claims. A materially deficient draft is not “launch-ready”. Defect corrections needed to meet the agreed scope do not consume a revision round or monthly update allowance.
Monthly minor updates
A minor update is one small change to one page or content item using final supplied content and requiring up to 15 production minutes — for example replacing an image, correcting supplied text or changing business hours. Included limits per service month are 0, 2, 3 and 5 requests, with maximum production time of 0, 30, 45 and 75 minutes. Each request and the overall time limit apply together; unused time cannot enlarge another request.
Service months follow the subscription start or anniversary, including the bonus service month. An anniversary falling beyond a month's last date uses that month's last date. Allowances expire at the end of each service month, do not roll over, cannot be transferred and have no separate cash value. We process one active content request at a time, subject to the support queue.
Each extra qualifying minor update is ₹250, including Starter updates. Larger changes receive a written classification and quotation before work. An additional page must fit the plan or require an approved upgrade; unused maximum page capacity is not a recurring free production allowance. Additional revisions, later page builds, copywriting, translation or migration are quoted before acceptance. Fully custom work is separately contracted through Zonovva Creative.
No paid extra is added without customer approval. Imaginex-caused defect fixes remain included while the subscription is active and are separate from paid content edits.
6. Payment, service start and renewal
Subscription fees are collected before website production. The service term begins on the approved live-launch date. If only the customer delays approval of a genuinely completed, launch-ready website, it begins 30 calendar days after delivery of the launch-ready review link, after a written reminder explaining that date and consequence. Unresolved Imaginex defects or incomplete agreed work do not trigger that rule. The website remains unpublished until authorised.
The order confirmation records the payment, plan, service start, expiry, first-purchase bonus if eligible and next renewal payment. Annual terms cover 12 service months. The first qualifying quarterly term covers four months; later quarterly terms cover three. We use calendar-month anniversaries, with the last-day adjustment explained in section 5, and state the exact expiry rather than an estimated number of days.
For example, a Starter website launched on 10 October 2026 under the first quarterly offer costs ₹1,197 and runs through 9 February 2027. Its next three-month term, if purchased, starts 10 February 2027. This is an illustration, not a booked service date.
Manual renewal and prices
Renewal requires payment of the invoice or payment link. There is no automatic debit or assumed renewal authorisation. We send annual reminders at least 30 and 7 days before expiry, and quarterly reminders at least 7 days before expiry; the reminder states the amount, covered dates and cancellation route. Customers should keep their contact details current.
Without paid renewal, the website goes offline at expiry and the export and deletion timeline in section 9 starts. An unpaid renewal offer alone does not create a new service term or a charge for a renewal the customer did not accept. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not create a cancellation fee.
Prices remain fixed for a paid term. Future prices or material plan changes apply only to new orders, or to renewals after at least 30 days' notice to affected renewing customers. We do not silently reduce a paid term's scope. Existing signed orders are not retrospectively replaced by these terms.
Plan and billing changes
Upgrades or other changes require a written revised scope, price, service dates and any agreed credit before payment. There is no automatic upgrade or unapproved proration charge. Downgrades and changes between annual and quarterly billing normally take effect at renewal, when the website fits the new limits. No change restarts the first-purchase bonus.
Tax and third-party payments
Zonovva is currently not GST registered and does not collect an amount represented as GST. This status does not mean its services are permanently exempt. If registration or another tax obligation arises, the supplier will comply with the law and issue correct documents; the agreed final paid-term total includes any legally applicable tax without a new checkout addition. Any later price revision follows the notice rule above.
Customers normally pay registrars and other external providers directly. Separately approved charges show the service, period, fee and tax treatment before purchase. No domain administration fee, procurement markup, late-payment penalty or buyout fee applies under these terms.
7. Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee; cancelling before production begins gives a full refund. This section is published as the Cancellation, Refunds & Exit, which forms part of these terms.
8. Ownership and domain policy
Customer assets and managed service rights
Customers retain ownership of their custom domains, trademarks, supplied content, original brand assets and business and visitor data. Paid-for customer-specific content belongs to the customer to the extent the applicable commissioning agreement grants that right. Third-party fonts, images, software and other licensed material remain governed by their licences.
Imaginex retains its platform, reusable templates and components, underlying source framework, workflows, deployment automation, know-how and internal tools. A subscription grants a limited right to use the managed website for the named business or portfolio during the service term; it does not transfer that background intellectual property or permit infrastructure resale, copying of the reusable framework or use for multiple unrelated businesses.
Customers authorise us to use their supplied content only to provide the agreed service and approved support. We do not use a customer's logo, testimonial or website as public marketing proof without separate permission. Customers must hold appropriate content rights and obtain permission for testimonials, photographs, project credits and personal information.
Full website source-code ownership, an independently deployable copy, a buyout and a portable CMS are not included. A feasible migration, independent website or custom project can be quoted separately through Zonovva Creative; such an agreement specifies exactly what is transferable, what licences are needed and who will host and support it. There is no automatic buyout price, mandatory buyout or handover promise for proprietary source.
Domains
Each active plan includes one available Imaginex subdomain and connection of one customer-owned custom domain. The subdomain remains part of the managed service, is not a customer-owned transferable domain registration and may cease on expiry. Customer domain registration and renewal are paid directly to the registrar; there is no included registration credit or recurring domain administration fee.
The customer should be the registrant and control the registrar account and recovery email. Imaginex receives only the delegated access needed for setup and support. If the customer authorises procurement assistance, registration must preserve customer ownership and the total must be approved first. We do not register the domain in our own beneficial name or require surrender of ownership.
The customer tracks expiry, registrar notices, payment and recovery access. Subscription renewal does not renew a domain. Registrar price increases, premium names, redemption and restoration fees, transfer locks, verification and registry rules are external dependencies; we cannot guarantee recovery of an expired domain.
On verified instruction we cooperate promptly with supported DNS changes or release of delegated access, and any applicable authorisation (EPP) code. Registrar locks and identity checks may affect timing. We do not withhold a customer-owned domain or account because of an unrelated disputed subscription charge, and there is no domain release fee.
9. Expiry, export and deletion
When a term ends without renewal the website goes offline and you have 30 days to request one free export. This section is published as the Cancellation, Refunds & Exit, which forms part of these terms.
10. Support, backups and security
Staffed support runs Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST. This section is published as the Support, Backups & Security, which forms part of these terms.
11. Privacy notice
How we handle personal information. This section is published as the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
12. Data processing addendum
How we process visitor data on a customer’s instructions. This section is published as the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms.
13. Acceptable use and responsibilities
What may not be hosted or done. This section is published as the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. General subscription terms
The accepted order, plan schedule, these terms, the privacy and data policies and approved changes govern the service. An accepted service-specific change controls its stated subject; mandatory law prevails. Marketing or informal messages do not create unlimited work or override accepted scope. We retain the accepted version and evidence.
Warranty and limitations
We undertake to perform the contracted technical service with reasonable skill and care. The customer must provide accurate, authorised inputs and cooperate with supported access and approvals. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes, search positions, perfect security, uninterrupted third-party services or compatibility with unsupported systems. These limits do not exclude responsibility for our negligent or deficient service or mandatory consumer remedies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability for ordinary direct contractual claims concerning an affected service is limited to the subscription fees actually paid for that service in the preceding 12 months. Neither party is liable for remote or consequential losses such as speculative lost profits to the extent law permits. The limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or liability or rights that law does not permit to be limited. They do not eliminate express refund obligations or the customer's payment obligations. A court or competent authority may apply mandatory standards instead.
Third-party claims
The customer is responsible for substantiated third-party claims caused by unlawful or infringing supplied content, products or instructions within its control, to the extent legally permitted. Imaginex is responsible for substantiated third-party IP claims caused by its own original deliverables within its control, excluding customer material, properly disclosed third-party licences and unauthorised modifications. A party seeking recovery must give prompt notice, reasonable cooperation and a fair opportunity to defend or mitigate. No settlement imposing an admission or obligation on the other party is made without its reasonable consent. Recoveries remain subject to the applicable liability rules and mandatory rights.
Confidentiality and interruption
Each party protects non-public business information received for the service and uses it only for the contract or a lawful purpose. Public or independently developed information and mandatory disclosures are excepted. Confidentiality does not prevent lawful complaints, regulator cooperation or data-rights requests.
For events beyond reasonable control, the affected party communicates, mitigates and resumes promptly. This does not excuse an avoidable failure, payment already due for delivered service or a non-excludable duty. A prolonged inability to provide the material service permits appropriate termination and an unused-prepaid-service refund.
Notices, disputes and remaining terms
Official notices go to the stated customer contact and to info@zonovva.com or the business address. Keep details current and retain acknowledgements and order and payment references. Indian law governs, with Pune courts having jurisdiction where legally permissible. Consumer commissions, regulators and mandatory forums remain available. Section 15 provides the complaint route; using it is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
If a clause is unenforceable, the lawful remainder continues and the clause applies only as law permits. Failure to enforce once is not a permanent waiver. Service transfers and subcontracting must respect confidentiality, data duties and accepted scope; Imaginex remains contractually responsible. Custom Zonovva Creative projects require a separate statement of work.
15. Complaints, acceptance and order records
Complaint and privacy route
Send complaints, refund requests or privacy matters to info@zonovva.com or +91 95522 38893. The responsible officer is Tejas Sakore, Grievance Officer, Zonovva, at the business address above. Identify the website or order, the issue, relevant dates and the remedy you want, and share only necessary information through a private channel.
We provide a tracking reference and acknowledge ordinary consumer grievances within 48 hours, aiming to resolve them within one month, subject to any shorter statutory requirement. We prioritise active security incidents, intimate-image, impersonation or child-safety complaints and lawful authority directions. Holidays do not postpone a mandatory complaint deadline. We communicate the outcome or the lawful reason for any further process, and escalation and legal remedies remain available.
Acceptance and payment
The account holder must be an adult with authority and legal capacity; a business representative must have authority to bind the customer. A parent or legal guardian contracts for an under-18 portfolio beneficiary. Electronic acceptance can evidence a contract; we record the accepted version and order and never use a pre-ticked acceptance box. Optional marketing or publicity permission is separate.
Before payment you receive the plan scope, final price, actual prepaid period, first-purchase offer eligibility, excluded and third-party costs, the service-start rule, renewal, cancellation and refunds, an ownership and export summary, and contact and policy links. Payment records identify the lawful supplier and proprietor and the customer.
What your order records
- Supplier trading name, contracting proprietor identity, address, contact details and business identifiers.
- The adult customer or legal business name, authorised contact, website and chosen plan and billing option.
- The approved page and section inventory, catalogue and form limits, content language, included connections and customer dependencies.
- The final subscription amount and any separately approved item, the paid receipt or reference and current tax status.
- Production authorisation, input-complete date, first-draft target and revision allowance.
- Exact service start and expiry, any one-time bonus, renewal amount and date, and the reminder contact.
- The policy and terms version and your affirmative acceptance; guardian authority and consent where applicable.
- Data-processing instructions, necessary provider and location information and approved publication notices.
The order is a record of the agreed service, not a mechanism to add hidden conditions. Changes receive written scope and price approval. Before approval and publication we check content, links and forms, mobile use, SSL, included connections, legal and privacy links and the backup route.
