How it works

From first call to live site — with the clock visible

Eight stages with clear exit conditions. Nothing is published without your approval.

The launch sequence

Eight stages, T-minus seven to lift-off

Scroll the sequence. Each stage has an owner and a clear exit condition.

  1. T-minus 7 · Step 1

    Free 10-minute audit

We look at how your business appears online right now — search, Google listing, social, any existing site — and tell you plainly what is costing you enquiries, whether or not you buy.

    No cost, no obligation

  2. T-minus 6 · Step 2

    Plan recommendation and order summary

We recommend one plan and, before you pay, send the scope, final price, exact prepaid period, whether the first-purchase bonus applies, excluded and third-party costs, the service-start and renewal rules, cancellation and refunds, ownership and export.

    Everything disclosed before payment

  3. T-minus 5 · Step 3

    Payment, acceptance and brief

You pay the prepaid subscription and accept the terms. We agree the page and section inventory and give you a checklist of the final text, images, logo and access we need.

    Production starts only after payment

  4. T-minus 4 · Step 4

    We build it

Approved layouts and supported components, your final content placed, forms, contact actions and SEO basics configured. The delivery clock starts once your inputs are complete.

First draft in 5, 7, 10 or 15 business days by plan

  5. T-minus 3 · Step 5

    Review and revisions

You review a private link and send one consolidated feedback list per round. Fixing our own defects never uses up a round.

1 to 4 rounds by plan

  6. T-minus 2 · Step 6

    Launch checks and your approval

Before publishing we check content, links and forms, mobile use, SSL, included connections, legal and privacy links and the backup route. Nothing goes live without your approval.

    Your approval, in writing

  7. T-minus 1 · Step 7

    Your service term starts

The paid term starts on the approved launch date. Your order confirmation records the exact start, expiry, any first-purchase bonus and the next renewal payment.

    Exact dates, not estimates

  8. Lift-off · Step 8

    Updates, support and renewal

Monthly minor updates and support run through the term. We remind you before expiry; renewal is a payment you choose to make, never an automatic debit.

    Reminders before every expiry

The delivery clock

When does the clock actually start?

The delivery clock starts only after cleared payment, accepted terms, a plan-compatible brief, your final content and assets and any account access we need. We confirm when your inputs are complete.

A business day is Monday to Saturday during staffed hours, excluding published holidays. Work pauses when it is blocked by you, a registrar, an external provider, a required verification, a security restriction or an approved change, and we explain any revised target.

If only your approval is outstanding

If a genuinely complete, launch-ready website waits only on your approval, your service term starts 30 calendar days after we deliver the review link — after a written reminder that explains the date. The site stays unpublished until you authorise it.

But never at your risk

Silence is not consent to publish unapproved prices, legal notices, medical or financial statements or other claims. A materially deficient draft is never treated as launch-ready.

Delays we cause

Imaginex-caused delays do not use up your paid service time before the agreed service start.

Five business days to review

Send consolidated feedback promptly — five business days per review is the normal planning expectation.

Before launch

What we check before we ask you to approve

A website is ready to publish only when all of this is true.

  • The agreed pages are present and your supplied content is placed
  • Links work and every form reaches its designated recipient
  • The site is usable on mobile
  • SSL is active
  • Included connections — booking, payment link, analytics — work
  • Legal and privacy links are present
  • The backup route is in place
  • You have approved it — silence is never treated as consent to publish

Revisions and approval

How review rounds work

Included rounds are 1, 2, 3 and 4 by plan. Fixing our own defects never uses one up.

One list per round

One consolidated feedback list within the approved brief.

What a round covers

Supplied text, images, colours, spacing and supported layout configuration.

What it does not

A new design brief, new pages, new functions, copywriting or custom code.

Defects are free

Corrections needed to meet the agreed scope never use a round or an update.

Changes after launch

What happens when you ask for something extra

A minor update is one small change to one page or content item, using final supplied content, that takes up to 15 production minutes — for example replacing an image, correcting supplied text or changing business hours. Allowances follow your service months, expire at the end of each month, do not roll over and have no cash value. We handle one active content request at a time.

No paid extra is added without your approval, and fixing an Imaginex-caused defect is always included while your subscription is active.
