13. Acceptable use and responsibilities
Customers must use the service lawfully and supply information and content they are authorised to use. They remain responsible for business licences, professional claims, displayed prices, offers, tax, fulfilment, consumer promises and their own customer refunds. They must maintain necessary account access and promptly provide accurate content, approvals and required disclosures.
Prohibited use
- Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing content, impersonation, counterfeit offers and unsupported medical or financial claims.
- Phishing, malware, credential harvesting, unauthorised access, attacks, security circumvention, spam and unlawful scraping.
- Child exploitation, unlawful intimate imagery, hate or other unlawful harmful content; standard plans also exclude adult-content services and unlawful gambling or products.
- Collection of financial-card, ID, biometric or detailed medical data through an ordinary form, and regulated processing outside an expressly accepted scope.
- Cryptomining, infrastructure resale, file-distribution services, abusive automated load and circumvention of plan limits.
Age-appropriate, guardian-approved student portfolio content is permitted; this is different from prohibited child exploitation or an unrestricted children's-data collection service. We may ask for proportionate evidence of rights or authority and decline an unsafe or unlawful instruction.
Notice and proportionate action
Rights holders or affected persons can send a specific complaint to the grievance contact (info@zonovva.com) with the relevant URLs, facts and evidence of authority. We assess the notice, preserve relevant evidence, protect privacy and notify the customer where lawful. We can restrict affected content or access proportionately while investigating a credible issue. Court or regulator directions and special statutory timelines take precedence.
For an ordinary curable material breach, we give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure, normally 7 business days or the period appropriate to the issue. We may suspend affected service immediately where needed for an active security threat, unlawful content, a legal direction, the protection of people or systems, or a prohibited use that cannot safely continue. We explain the action where lawful and restore service when the issue is resolved.
Termination is not an automatic consequence of every complaint. If a material breach remains uncured or cannot lawfully be remedied, we may terminate with an explanation. The refund and retention policies and mandatory rights still apply. Suspension or termination is never authority to confiscate customer domains, sell customer data or add an undisclosed penalty; we retain only records necessary for law, evidence or the agreed data process.
Allocation of responsibilities
Imaginex must deliver the agreed technical service with reasonable skill and care, protect access under its control, correct its own defects and follow lawful data instructions. Customer approval does not excuse an Imaginex defect or an applicable legal duty. Customers must protect their own accounts, keep content and contact details accurate, maintain provider subscriptions and tell us promptly about material problems. Third-party dependencies are disclosed reasonably; their existence does not remove our responsibility for work we agreed to perform.
